Snorkeling

Regular tours can be reserved online until 3:00 pm, 24 hours before the tour, while private tours/charters can be booked until 3:00 pm, 5 days prior to the tour. If you've missed the online reservation cutoff, please contact us (calling is recommended for last-minute inquiries).

You can encounter real coral, colorful fish, and sea turtles. On our way to the snorkeling point, you can often see groups of dolphins. In the winter, you might even be lucky enough to see humpback whales blowing out water.

This tour can be enjoyed all seasons. The water temperature in Hawaii can be cold from November to April, so we recommend renting a wetsuit.

You can dive while wearing soft contact lenses (Please bring spare contacts and glasses just in case.) For participants who use the hard type contacts, we will prepare a prescription mask.

You are more than welcome to join if you can enter the water without any issues. Even if you are not confident in your swimming skills, you can still participate safely if you wear a life vest, and hold onto the boogie board held by the guide. If you are still unsure, please consult with your guide in advance.

The tour schedule may be changed or canceled due to strong winds or bad weather. If we decide to cancel, we will refund the full amount. Refunds will not be made per the customer's request.

・Please manage your valuables by yourself.
・You may unexpectedly get wet while on board. Please make sure that your valuables are waterproofed (cameras, mobile phones, etc).

・Customers with pre-existing medical conditions may not be able to participate. Customers with history or with conditions of heart disease, stroke, pneumothorax, severe diabetes, epilepsy, or are currently on medication to control blood pressure should consult with a doctor before joining the tour.
・Parental consent is required for minors participation. Please fill out and sign the required waivers and submit them upon pick up at the designated hotel.
・Please let us know if you have any health concerns at the time of booking.

You are welcome to use it, however it is recommended to check the ingredients in advance, or buy locally.
In 2021, the state of Hawaii released the "Sunscreen Act" which protects marine ecosystems such as coral and plankton and is currently enforced. Sunscreens containing oxybenzone or octinoxate, are said to have a negative impact on the environment and is strictly prohibited from being sold and distributed locally.
